1 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the pk92 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum enforced without exception.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of pk92 or any of its associated gaming studio partners.

pk92 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

2 Account Registration & Security

To access pk92's gaming products, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You represent and warrant that all registration details submitted are truthful and belong to you personally.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the pk92 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk92 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings without prior notice.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. pk92 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify pk92 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to keep your account information up to date at all times. pk92 may require re-verification of identity if account details are changed. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account termination.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

pk92 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Allied Bank, and Cash Deposit at designated agents.

3.1 Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your pk92 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. pk92 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to available balance and completion of any applicable wagering requirements. pk92 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. The Company reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

3.3 Refused Transactions

pk92 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. Chargebacks initiated against pk92 without prior contact with our support team will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension.

4 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on pk92 — including live casino tables, virtual casino products, slots, and cricket betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to all account, payment, and conduct matters.

4.1 Random Number Generation

All pk92 casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology provided by internationally licensed game studios. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure compliance with fairness standards. pk92 does not manipulate or interfere with game results in any way.

4.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure, any bets affected by the error will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. pk92's decision regarding malfunctions is final. Winnings arising directly from a demonstrable game error shall not be honoured.

4.3 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20I fixtures, are subject to additional sportsbook rules available within the Cricket section. Odds are subject to change. Bets placed and confirmed prior to a market suspension are honoured at the confirmed odds unless the event is cancelled or voided under applicable rules.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, pk92 offers bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are valid for the period specified in the promotion details.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. Certain game categories, including live dealer tables, may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
• pk92 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus stacking, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation of wagering terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may trigger account review.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

6 Responsible Gaming

pk92 is committed to promoting a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

6.1 Player Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk92 account holders and can be activated by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all pk92 products. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts displaying your session duration and net gaming position at regular intervals.

6.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

pk92 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. We recommend that players with minors in their household use device-level parental controls to prevent access to gambling websites. If you believe a minor has accessed your account, contact support immediately.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk92 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain. Any such exploits must be reported to pk92 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of proceeds from criminal activity.
• Impersonating another player or any pk92 representative.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to pk92 systems, databases, or other player accounts.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players or pk92 staff members through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk92 platform — including but not limited to the pk92 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk92 or its licensed third-party partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pk92 content without prior written consent from pk92. Unauthorised use of pk92 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

9 Privacy & Data

pk92 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk92 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or our licensing obligations. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk92 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings resulting from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information due to circumstances beyond pk92's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any action taken by third parties that results in unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

pk92's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

pk92 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• A regulator, law enforcement body, or court has directed the Company to take such action.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned via the player's preferred withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which pk92 holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the pk92 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pk92's internal complaints procedure.

12.1 Complaints Procedure

To raise a formal complaint, players should contact pk92 support at [email protected] with full details of the issue. pk92 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

12.2 Amendments to Terms

pk92 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
